At Eagle, we provide additional services to improve delivery times and to enable customers to outsource their entire printing requirements to us.

Full Repro Service - This includes design from client's brief, (e-mailed for approval), typography, patch-up of positives and digital proofing.

Die Cutting - Cutting objects into specified shapes and designsby means of a specially designed cutting die.

Guillotine Cutting - Cutting and sheeting of plastics, vynl, corex, ABS and other materials up to 2mm thick.

Stiching - Sewing banners for the insertion of dowels, preparation of bunting and finishing off of flags, etc.

Collation - Assembling specific objects in accordance with the customer's packing/delivery requirements.

Insertion of eyelets - Drilling holes in aluminium, ABS, PVC or corex and the insertion of eyelets for hanging or display purposes.

Laminating - Large format lamination for digital or screen-printed work.

Decal and sticker back slitting - Facilitates peeling the backing of stickers and decals.
